Products seen on the on-line catalogue do not always represent an identical
color match. It is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item
because color reproduction is affected by various situations, such as the
hue/contract settings on your monitor. Colors can also vary due to manufactures
process.
Because we are an internet retailer, printed catalogs are not available. We are
honored that you choose our company and products to make your day more
memorable!
Privacy Policy
Privacy is a priority; we have taken the appropriate measures to
secure all confidential information provided when making a purchase. SSL
(Secure Socket Layers) is used to safeguard against hacker intrusion. Any
information provided for the purpose of processing an online order remains
private and will never be sold to outside parties. Your personal information
will remain the property of “Our Day Will Come.”
Methods of Placing an Order
Enjoy the easy of placing an order on-line at this website. You
will receive a confirmation of your order via email.
You can also place an order by telephone by calling 847-494-0614 or email your
order to sales@ourdaywillcome.com. We will send you an email confirming the
receipt of our order and the total. Your order will be processed when
your check or money order clears the bank.
We will also accept orders by US mail. Be sure to include your name, complete
shipping address, phone, wedding date, item number and description and your
payment. No sales tax is charged on orders billed outside the state of
Illinois.

Payment Methods
Pay on-line with a credit card We accept Visa and MasterCard.
All credit card information is processed online. Our secure software (SSL) is
the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information including
the credit card number. Every transaction is 100% safe and protected from
interception and tampering.
Your credit card will be charged when your order is ready to be shipped. If an
item is backordered you will NOT be charged until that item is ready to be
shipped to you. All personalized items will be charged in advance of shipping.
Pay by Mail with Check or Money Order
To pay by check or money order, you can email, mail or call us
with your order. Please include your name, shipping address, wedding date and
order information along with your payment. No sales tax is charged on billing
addresses outside of Illinois.
Minimum Order
There are no minimum order requirements. Regular ground shipping
is free with any order $25.00 or over. There is a small handling fee on all
orders. No sales tax will be charged on orders billed to an address outside the
state of Illinois.
Shipping Information
The usual shipping method is UPS Ground Service; priority mail
can also be used at our discretion. We cannot accept P.O. Boxes for a shipping
address, unless your address is a military (APO, FPO, etc.) The shipping method
used is based on each manufacturer’s warehouse. Rush shipping is also
available.
Your order will be shipped directly from the manufacturer depending on product
availability. If you have selected products from various manufacturers, for
example, clothing and flowers, your order will be shipped from two different
locations. Delivery can take from 10-14 days but is generally shipped within 7
days.
Some orders may take longer due to engraving, preparation or stock
availability. (Especially during peak bridal season) In case of a backordered,
discontinued or out of stock item, you will be notified! Please be sure to fill
in the correct event date on the order form because this information will be
need for backorder situations.
International shipping is currently not available.
Rush orders will be given priority and expedited. As soon as the items are
ready to ship from the manufacturer they will be sent for a 2-day or next day
delivery. There are items that cannot be shipped next day. (i.e.; flowers,
engraved, personalized items) We will communicate with you the status of your
order.
Reminder, candy and candles orders during the summer months may incur an extra
shipping charge because of high temperatures. There will be no guarantee on
ground courier or mail.
Due to high temperatures during the summer months, there will be no guarantee
on any candles shipped regular ground or mail. If you order these items between
May 1st and September 30th you may be requested to pay an extra shipping charge
to have them sent air to you.
Merchandise Return Policy.
Your satisfaction is very important to us! We only represent the
finest manufactures and retailers and will do everything possible to ensure
that you are 100% satisfied with our service and products. Some manufacturers
may have their own return requirements and you will find that information under
the Specific Product FAQ’s.
To discuss the return or exchange of an item, you must email or call customer
service, 847-494-0641 within 3 days of receipt of your order. No refunds can be
issued or items returned or cancelled without prior approval and a return
authorization number.
Our customers are important and we take the time to make sure you are satisfied
with your purchase! Everyone deserves courteous service whether a purchase is
made through a retail or internet store. Our commitment to you is . . . to
resolve any problems quickly because we care about our customers!
Because of the special event dates, returns are not accepted after an event
date for any reason on any products.
Sorry but there are no returns or exchanges on edible, engraved, embroidered or
personalized items except in a case of a damaged item or manufacturer defect.
However, the identical item will be replaced at no charge to you. Refer to

Shipping charges on returns are also the responsibility of the sender except
in cases of order error or damaged product. The handling fee in non-refundable.
A 15% restocking fee is charged on all returned orders.

All orders will be shipped within 5 days unless backordered.
Because of hygienic and sanitary reasons we cannot accept the return or
exchange of any lingerie that consists of a bra or panty. Other garment size
exchanges and returns are accepted, however a $5.00 restocking fee will be
charged on all size exchanges and 15% restocking fee on returns. Contact
customer service for a return authorization number within 3 days of receipt of
your order. The garment must be returned undamaged in wearable condition.
Return shipping is your responsibility.
Jewelry FAQ’s
Our jewelry is a representation of very talented designers. Many
pieces of jewelry are available in different stone colors. It is impossible to
achieve an exact color match because color reproduction is affected by
hue/contract settings on your monitor and designer reproduction. Colors can
also vary due to manufactures process. Stone colors are shown below.

Unfortunately due to the fact that most of our Jewelry products are intended
for a one-time usage we cannot accept returns on any jewelry merchandise unless
it is damaged or defective. All sales are final. However, if you are not
satisfied with the quality, you may exchange the item(s) for any other item in
our jewelry store! Should you receive a personalized item that is damaged, we
will replace it within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. The same item will be
replaced with the same engraving.
Floral FAQ’s
The silk flowers available to us today are so glamorous and
realistic you will be amazed. We think that many of the flowers are even more
vibrant and beautiful that their fresh counterparts. We sell exclusively over
the Internet which keeps our overhead low and we pass that savings on to you
and guarantee all of our floral products, so you can order with confidence. All
of your wedding flowers can be ordered from one place, from the privacy of your
own home.
Silk flowers are a beautiful keepsake to pass on to the next generation.
Imagine your grand daughter carrying your bridal bouquet down the aisle. All of
our silk bouquets are gently wrapped in tissue paper. Boutonnieres and corsages
are bagged separately. We use sturdy white cardboard boxes and items are
surrounded by foam peanuts to make sure they don’t move or crush during
transit.
Please allow two weeks for standard shipping via UPS ground. Your floral
order is handmade for you when you place your order! We are not able to offer
rush shipping on flowers for this reason.
Floral Return Policy
Floral products purchased from our website can be returned for a full refund or
exchange within 5 days of order receipt. Call Customer Service for a return
authorization number.
Returned items must be packed carefully and returned in original packing boxes.
They must arrive to us in good condition with no crushed or missing flowers. If
your flowers are returned to us in used or poor condition, we will not issue a
refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and there is a 15% restocking fee on all
orders.
Gifts - Photo Throw
Turn your favorite photo into a beautifully knitted Photo Throw! Send us your
favorite photo in B&W or color and we'll custom knit a black and white
rendition of that photo into a beautiful throw that will be cherished for many
years.
Throws are custom knitted, much like a sweater. All images are knitted into a
40x60" throw, not heat transferred. They are made of lush Amilux cotton like
fiber) and are warm and machine washable. Most of all, they are a keepsake made
just for you!
Submit pictures from a wallet size to 5" x 7" photo. All photos will be knitted
in B&W, as the quality is enhanced when knit. Email a high resolution photo
(300dpi jpg) to sales@ourdaywillcome.com or mail to our office address (contact
list tab) Note: We are not responsible for photos that are lost in the mail.
Items are custom made and cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, we take
great pride in the production of our products. In the unlikely event of a
manufacturing defect, call within 7 days of receipt and we will remake it at no
charge to you.
